The processability of stamping parts mainly includes the following two aspects;
1. According to the product drawings, carefully analyze and study the shape characteristics, size and accuracy requirements of stamping parts, the mechanical properties, process properties and use properties of the materials used, and the possibility of springback, warpage, looseness and other defects according to the product drawings, so as to understand their influence on the stamping process difficulty, Special attention should also be paid to the limit dimensions of parts (such as minimum punching size, minimum narrow groove width, minimum hole spacing and hole edge distance, minimum bending radius, minimum drawing fillet radius, etc.), dimensional tolerance, design basis and other special requirements;
2. If it is found that the process of stamping parts is very poor, the shape, size, accuracy requirements and raw material selection of stamping parts shall be appropriately modified together with product designers without affecting the use of products. If necessary, the product design department shall be advised to redesign.
